What is our return and exchange policy?
Most products have an "all sales are final" approach to customer returns. At thaiwonder.com, we offer you the option of exchange items that don't meet your needs. Here is our exchange policy:
You can exchange most items sold by thaiwonder.com, within 20 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify, simply initiate the exchange within 20 days from the date of purchase and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, accessories, security seals, etc. We must receive your item back within 25 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your exchange.
Your exchange will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of $4.95 per-item OR 15% (instead of the $4.95 per-item fee). Customers who paid for their item with PayPal will receive their exchange as an thaiwonder.com in-store credit.
We cannot accept the return or exchange of certain items, including:
- Items shipped to APO/FPO addresses
- Items purchased from our catalog for sale price.
- Other select items, as noted on the product detail page
